Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship pan-India to serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners. Dispatch timelines and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment and confirmation.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off (6:00 PM IST) or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-metro / remote locations: 3–10 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, strikes, or force majeure events.

Shipping Fees

• Exact shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout. Occasional free-shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly indicated.
• Any re-delivery, address change, or failed delivery due to incomplete/incorrect address may attract additional charges.

Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/app notification with a tracking link and AWB number.
• In case tracking is not active, please allow 24 hours for the courier to update scan events.

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers usually make up to 2 delivery attempts. If unreachable or address is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to origin.
• On RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer reasons, re-shipping can be arranged after confirmation and payment of applicable charges.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• Product delivered is wrong, damaged, leaking, tampered, or past expiry at the time of delivery.
• Items received do not match the order confirmation (wrong variant/quantity).

How to raise a request

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@snapbite.in with order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product label (including batch/expiry).
• We may arrange a pickup or request disposal as appropriate. Items must be unopened (unless the issue relates to damage/tampering) and retained in original packaging until inspected.

Outcomes

• Replacement: We will resend the affected items at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
• Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exclusions: Taste preferences, minor packaging scuffs that do not affect product integrity, orders placed with incorrect address/phone by the customer, or delays by courier beyond our control.

Payments, Pricing & Invoices

• We accept major digital payment methods in India (UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets). Availability may vary by order value and risk checks.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified on the product page.
• A GST invoice is generated for each order. Please ensure your billing details and GSTIN (if applicable) are entered correctly at checkout.
• In the rare case of a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using snapbite.in and the Snapbite mobile/web applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Creating an account requires accurate, complete information and keeping your credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Products & Availability

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition facts, and images; minor variations may occur.
• Availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities per order/customer/address as needed to prevent abuse or resale.

4. Orders, Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products. We may refuse/cancel any order and will refund payments if charged.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or per the courier’s delivery confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is owned by Snaxure Wellness Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or engage in fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful activity.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

We may use third-party service providers (payments, logistics, analytics). Third-party terms may apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaxure Wellness Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Offers & Coupon Terms

These terms apply to promotional offers, coupon codes, cashbacks, and discounts (collectively, “Offers”). By availing any Offer, you agree to the terms below in addition to the Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Usage

• Unless stated otherwise, each coupon is single-use, non-transferable, and valid for online purchases at snapbite.in only.
• Offers may require a minimum order value, specific products/variants, or payment methods (e.g., prepaid/UPI only).
• Coupons must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied retroactively after order placement.

Stacking, Exclusions & Limits

• Coupons generally cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• Excluded items may include combos, gift cards, limited-edition packs, or already discounted products.
• Maximum discount and per-user limits may apply. We may restrict usage on suspected bulk/reseller accounts.

Validity & Expiry

• Each Offer has a validity period; once expired, it cannot be reactivated or extended.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw Offers at any time without prior notice.

Returns/Refunds Impact

• If an order purchased with a coupon is refunded (full or partial), the discount value may be adjusted proportionally.
• Where applicable, cashback/reward points may be reversed on cancellations/returns.

Misuse & Fraud

• Any misuse, manipulation, or sharing of single-use codes may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, and legal action if needed.
